The Feltron Report

Nick Felton's personal annual report allows him to look back and see his life in aggregate. Felton's data is manually collected (via postcard) and sold more as an provocative art/design object than serious introspective tool.
But Felton's latest venture automates much of the procedure: An open-ended iPhone app and website named "Daytum" allow users to track (and share) a wide range of data about their daily behaviors: miles run or cycled, bagels eaten, changes to exercise regimens, and more.

Other applications go a little further.
