Andréa Davis (davisa28@msu.edu) is a PhD student in the Rhetoric & Writing program at Michigan State University where she also teaches first-year writing. Her emphasis areas are digital rhetorics and cultural rhetorics, focusing on issues of identity and representation and how they play out through digital and cultural rhetorics. The term Davis developed to address this constellation is "Media Rhetorics," by which she refers to the ways in which visual, oral, aural, alphabetic, and digital "texts" are composed through/with multimodal means of production along with the social, political, historical, and cultural contexts in which they are created. She is also interested in how non-mainstream rhetorical traditions have shaped and informed the Western rhetorical tradition and how those influences might be recalled, especially in relation to the canon of delivery. |

Dànielle Nicole DeVoss (devossda@msu.edu; www.msu.edu/~devossda) is an associate professor and Director of Professional Writing at Michigan State University. DeVoss teaches core courses in the Professional Writing undergraduate program and in the Rhetoric & Writing graduate program. Her research interests include digital and visual rhetoric; computer/technological literacies; feminist interpretations of and interventions in computer technologies; and intellectual property. DeVoss recently co-edited (with Heidi McKee) a collection on issues of digital writing research, Digital Writing Research: Technologies, Methodologies, and Ethical Issues. |

Amy Diehl (diehlamy@msu.edu) has an MA in Digital Rhetoric and Professional Writing from Michigan State University, where she worked as a researcher at the Writing in Digital Environments (WIDE) Research Center. Her areas of interest include usability studies, digital composing, web design, and writing. |

Matt Penniman (penniman@gmail.com; www.msu.edu/~penniman) is the Communications and Housing Coordinator at Allen Neighborhood Center in Lansing, Michigan. He is also pursuing a master's degree in Digital Rhetoric and Professional Writing at Michigan State University. Matt is one of the founding members of the Capital Area Community Media Center. His main interests include community media, digital literacy, and technology access issues. |

Roberto Ilario Reyes (digital.nines@gmail.com) is an MA student in the Digital Rhetoric and Professional Writing program at Michigan State University and in-house web designer at the Writing in Digital Environments Research Center. In spite of evidence to the contrary, he is NOT a cyborg fueled only by consumption of obscenely caffeinated beverages, but he will never turn one down if offered. Roberto’s current research focuses on the impact of the open source movement on technology accessibility, as well as the everyday rhetorics of interpersonal relationships. |

Adam Treadwell (treadw10@msu.edu) graduated from Michigan State in May 2006 with a BA in Professional Writing. His focus areas are in public relations and writing in communities and cultures. Treadwell has a variety of work experiences including in public relations, sales, and marketing. His interest in copyright centers chiefly on protecting non-profit uses of works, as well as Fair Use parameters currently in place. |

Jason Wirtz (wirtzjas@msu.edu) is a PhD student in Rhetoric and Writing at Michigan State University where he teaches composition classes and works in the Writing Center. A former high school English teacher with an MFA in fiction, Jason is interested in the crossroads of Composition/Rhetoric, English Education and Creative Writing. |

She is currently employed as an User Experience Researcher at TechSmith Corporation. While at MSU, she worked as a research assistant at MSU's Usability & Accessibility Center.
